Tips to prevent Dengue/swine flu through food and daily Habits…
As you know that Dengue and swine flu fevers are fast spreading it is our responsibility to take the below
Preventive measures especially for children.
1.After bath please rub cold pressed Coconut oilFrom face to foot ,as Coconut oil (Only cold pressed) will Close the skin pores and help us to prevent from viralandnd bacterial infection. Especially children who are more Prone to viruses should follow this methods
2.Use Jaggery powder or Palm Jaggery as sweeteners insteadOf white Sugar especially during this season. Because
Jaggery is very rich in iron and calcium which boostsImmunity among children. Sugar Sweets should be avoided instead Jaggery based Sweets can be given to
Children.
3.Avoid over consumption of Rice and increase usage of Millets in your daily diet. Children should be given Millet diet at least once a day.
4.Use lot of pepper powder and turmeric powder insteadOf chilly powder in your daily diet.
5. Nilavembu kashayam or kudi neer should be consumedOn alternate days in a week till rainy season ends
6.Consume fruits and Juices made up of Guova,Amla,Kamala Orange,Sweet Lime,Pine Apple which should be completelyFree from pesticides.(Strictly Do not use any imported fruits like
Lychee,Strawberries,Australian oranges or Apples)
7.Children should be given Dates and Red banana daily to increase the immunity levels.
8.Most importantly and it is compulsory to give MoringaLeaves(Murngai keerai) every 2 days once as it is aMiraculous plant which prevent diseases out of flu and cold.
9.Do not consume high pesticides level Vegetables likeCauliflower,Lettuce,Broccoli etc
10.Should consume triphala powder during Night before bed time
11.Should have Oil bath at least once in a weekTo regulate dosha and temperature in your body.
12.Do not use refined oils made from sunflower,Or Palm oils instead use cold pressed GingelyOil or Coconut oil for Cooking.
13.Try to be in sunshine often rather than in closedRooms or AC rooms.Dry your bed sheets,Beds inHot Sun twice a week to avoid fungal and bacterialGrowths.
14.Try to consume lot of raw Coconut or Coconut Milk often.But Coconut should not be over cooked.
15.If you are Non Veg eater then consume only
Country chickens(White broiler chicken should be avoided).
